Indicative Rental Range

The above figures are indicative only and are provided to establish the general commercial range of the opportunity. Final rental and other commercial terms will be considered individually based on the brand profile, proposed use, space requirement, floor and placement, frontage, lease tenure, fit-out requirements, expected investment and the overall commercial proposal.

The landlord may consider fixed rent, Minimum Guarantee plus Revenue Share, or another mutually agreed commercial structure depending on the tenant and proposal.

Why an Indicative Range?

Different showroom opportunities have different characteristics. Area, floor, frontage, visibility, placement, use, lease tenure and the strength of the proposed concept can affect the appropriate commercial structure. The published range is therefore an indication rather than a fixed tariff.

Tenant Selection

The development is intentionally limited to a small number of showrooms. Opportunities will not be allocated solely on a first-come-first-served or highest-rent basis. We will consider the overall strength of each proposal and how the proposed brand or operator contributes to the destination.
